I have undertaken many commissions of pets and children, but have also painted landscapes, capturing people’s special memories through art. If you would like to discuss a commission, I’d love to hear from you, please contact me.
Here are a few examples of commissions I have completed.
Painted pet portraits
Pets are one of my favourite subject matters, each one is so unique and bursting with character. When I paint them, I feel like I’m getting to know them. Cheeky, feisty, sweet or just utterly adorable – pet portraiture is a joy!
Pet portraits make for a really special gift and can also be a beautiful way to remember a beloved member of the family. It’s very emotional when I reveal a portrait of a pet that sadly is no longer with us and I often find myself welling up too.
All of my portraits are made painted using high quality acrylic paint on acid free, 100% cotton stretched canvas.
I can paint on chunky box canvases which are 1.6 inches deep, or on a normal depth canvas, which can then be framed.
The deep edge canvases give the portrait a modern feel and they look great hung on the wall without a frame.
As a rough price guide, an A3 pet portrait starts from £160, A4 £145. However, I can paint on any size canvas. Bigger portraits take slightly longer and require more materials and this is reflected in the cost.
If you would like a quote, please email me an image of your pet and the size you would like the finished artwork.
I will then email you with a price and some suggestions of how the finished piece may look, for example I may suggest some background colours that would complement your pet’s colouring.
Pencil portraits of children or pets
A4 portraits from £45, framing is an additional £12

If you would like a different size, or would like to include more than one child/pet in the portrait, then please email for a quote.
For painted people portraits, please email me your requirements for a quote: email@example.com
Portraits turn out best when I have a high quality image to work from. The better the image, the better the end result will be.

“It really is amazing and it captures her beautifully”
“It’s just so him, I absolutely love it!”
