3 – 13 November 2022, Lest we Forget, Merlina Arts, Earsham Heritage Mill, NR35 2TQ

This exhibition highlights the important role animals played during wartime. There are a range of artists showcasing their work. I have 8 pieces on display with a mix of horses, hares and owls.

Look out for the large horse painting ‘Golden Boy’, he was named after a horse that did battle during WWI. After the war he ended up in a Belgium meat market, where luckily for him, he was rescued by the RSPCA and put out to pasture.

You’ll also be able to see my tribute to the people of Ukraine. A vivid painting which depicts a horse rising from the Soviet flames. The horse is a symbol of freedom and strength. Notice the use of blue and yellow, which depicts the Ukranian flag and some of the Country’s key buildings that pepper the skyline.

20 September – 13 October 2022, Into the Wild, The Pennoyer Centre, Pulham St Mary

Walk on the wild side at my latest exhibition. Highlights include a triptych of red, white and blue lionesses inspired by the recent success of the England’s Women’s Football Team.

There’s also a large show-stopping painting of two peacocks, entitled The Showdown. Much of the inspiration for this piece comes from our family visits to Old Hall Farm in Woodton, where there are many fabulous peacocks roaming free.

The Centre is open Monday- Saturday. For more information, please visit The Pennoyer Centre’s website
